Lydia Ko  New Zealand teen and World Amateur Number One Lydia Ko leads the Womens Australian Open after her first round effort of -10 under par 63 at the  Royal Canberra Golf Club. She leads by one shot ahead of Colombian Mariajo Uribe, and five strokes ahead of World Number One Yani Tseng , the twenty four year-old Yani said of Lydia; "I feel I'm getting old,  she just looks like a child, she still looks like 15 but, the way she's playing golf, she looks like a pro." Lydia was playing with a former teenage sensation, and one of her idols Michelle Wei. Lydia said playing alongside one of her idols made her nervous; "I was pretty nervous when I saw the draw and that I was playing with two big names. Yani and Michelle, they're both really long hitters so I tried to not think about how long it goes. It's a tree-lined golf course so I just tried to hit it as accurate as I could." Well done Lydia, keep up the good work.
