Ian Poulter @ JBWere Australian Masters December 16 2011

Ian Poulter shot a 68 in the second round of JBWere Masters to remain at the top of the leader board with a score of -9. He recovered with a great par putt on sixteen after his tee shot fell off the back of the green. Ian stated after the round that he was not feeling too well today, suffering with an upset stomach. It did not seem to affect his golf though as he carded a 68 and looks in good shape to take the title. Luke Donald had a steady round of 70 and finished the second round with a score of -3, six shots adrift of Ian. Luke said in interview that he played better today and is still struggling on the greens. He is still upbeat about his chances of overhauling Ian and is looking for a good round tomorrow to himself back in the frame.
